a: The following are the criteria for correct form completion.
  • Team Name.
      Minimum of 3 characters with dashes, spaces and apostrophes permitted.
  • Team Captain & Alternative Contact Name.
      Minimum of 3 characters with dashes , spaces and apostrophes permitted.
  • Contact Phone No & Alternative Contact Phone No.
      Minimum of 7 characters with brackets, spaces and apostrophes permitted.
  • Email Address.
      Minimum of 6 characters with dashes, dots and underscores permitted.
  • Team Members Names.
      Minimum of 20 characters with dashes, spaces and apostrophes permitted.
b: Initially the competition will only run on a Sunday night. This will only be extended to other nights as necessary.

The following applies for team members who wish to play in more than one team:

  • A Division. Players can only play in one team or can play in a B or C division team.
  • B Division. Teams can only have 1 male and 1 female from an A division team. Players can only play in one team but can have players from C division.
  • C Division. Teams can only have 1 male and 1 female from an A or B division team. Players can only play in one team.
